Join Queenstown Film Society

Become a member of Queenstown Film Society and you can enjoy 20 nights of film entertainment that works out to just $7.50 per film, with an additional benefit of concession rates at New Zealand International Film Festival screenings.

Full membership ($150) covers the entire season from 28 April 2026 – with two weeks off for school holidays in July. Depending on member numbers, we may also be able to offer half-season memberships ($75) beginning 21 July 2026. Please note memberships are not transferable: they can only be used by the named member and cannot be on-sold.

In recent seasons we have had to cap memberships and we now have a waiting list to join. To go on the waiting list, please use the contact form. If you add your name to the list before April there's a very good chance your name will make it to the top of the list before the season starts.
